Cultural Practices

Aside from the actual program that we provide to our customers informing them about how they should handle issues with their lawns is the most important thing we do.  As lawn care professionals we can do everything in our power to treat a customer’s lawn effectively but many things are specifically out of our control.

The ability to work with your customers on high level of communication is key to having a nice lawn.  Lawn care cultural practices refer specifically to the manner in which a lawn is mowed and watered.  Just like any other issue for discussion you can get ten different opinions from ten different lawn professionals when it comes to mowing and watering.  It is very important that all of your employees are in agreement with how a customer should care for their own lawn.  If our customers follow good cultural practices and we are able to apply our treatments as set forth by our program we should all be very successful.
