Aeration

Many experts consider annual turf aeration to be the most important part of any lawn care program. Lawn aeration involves the removal of small soil plugs or cores out of the lawn and is accomplished by using a core aerator.

Core aeration can benefit the lawn by increasing the activity of soil microorganisms that decompose thatch, increasing water, nutrient and oxygen movement into the soil, enhancing infiltration of rainfall or irrigation and help prevent fertilizer and pesticide run-off from overly compacted areas.

Compaction in your customer’s lawns is the greatest enemy of your success.
